Before School Enrichment Enrollment Instructions
- Review the course catalog. Be sure to note the dates and grades each class is offered for. This is for the first session only, April 17 - May 12, 2017 (Tuesdays through Friday Only) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
- Once you have decided what class(es) work best for your schedule, please complete the below form to sign up for the class. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FIRST STEP, since classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis; this will hold your child(ren)s place until payment is received.
- Pay for the class(es) that you have chosen.
(1) If paying online, go to the PTO website and pay via Paypal. Please forward a copy of your confirmation of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can match your payment to the enrollment email that you have ALREADY sent. Be sure to include your students name. This will help keep our accounting straight!
(2) If paying by check, please print off a copy of your enrollment confirmation email and send in a copy with your check made payable to “SSES PTO”, through the parent-teacher communication folder.
- Waitlist - A waitlist will be created via the enrollment email. If payment is not received by Friday, April 14 2017, then we will release your spot(s) and the next inline on the waitlist will be contacted.
ALL PAYMENTS / CONFIRMATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday, April 14, 2017.
